: Department of Computer Science :

   Our College introduced Computer Science as one of the optional subject at B.Sc. level from 1997. Mr. S. R. Apsingekar , Mr.V. B. Hinge and Mr. S. G. Patange taught the subject. Mr. S. V. Awale joined the department in 2000. In 2001,College introduced some new courses in Computer science i.e. B.C.A., B.C.S. and M.C.M/M.Sc.(CM). considering the job opportunities for the students in this area .

Features of the Department:

   Seminars, Group discussions and Industrial visits are arranged for M.C.M.- I year students. B.Sc. B.C.A., B.Sc. C.S. and M.Sc. C.M. final year students develop the projects on different topics. Every year students demonstrates the different demos during the annual gathering. The students develop commercial and entertaining software’s. Our staff developed software for calculating the arrears of V ^th Pay Commission and designed some programs for office use. Many students of this department are working in foreign countries, in central and state government services.

3 HP Servers, 60 Intel Computers, Broadband Internet facility, VPN Internet facility, WIFI Campus, Digital and Microprocessor trainer kits, Printers, LCD projectors, U.P.S, Vacuum Cleaner, Glass Boards, Departmental Library.
